Now I have a Plex brick unless someone has better ideas of how to get it to repair. Computer would crash on restart, attempt repair and fail, etc. Showed percentage updates, restarted several times, but when done (said which seemed ok) and it acted like it was working (green percentage bar, etc) and took a long time but when done nothing had changed. Tried removing the latest quality update and it said it couldn’t due to a pending update. Tried to manually backout the latest feature update and it said there was an error keeping it from removing it. It would then crash on the restart and after a couple of tries it would repair and backout the latest update and I’d be back up and of course I’d delay the next update.

Try to install when the pc rebooted after the plex crash.
